Hamilton House: A Retrospective
My work is on show in the 10 Years of Hamilton House exhibition in the Ground Floor Gallery, along with everyone else who featured on the front cover of the Hamilton House programme over the years. Here are some folk enjoying the 'vibe' on day one...
In addition to framed prints of each programme cover there are unframed prints and cards to purchase, if the mood takes you. Look, that's my cover image, there:
It be on now, until the en-da-da-month.

Xmas Shop 2017
The Coexist Winter Shop at Hamilton House opens on Friday 1st, and will be open all through December and into mid-January too.
Myself and lots of other HH folk will be selling their wares, and as the shop is bigger this year (extending into the rear gallery space) we all have more space to display our gubbins.
Friday is also a studio open day, with the official shop opening party in the evening, with mulled cider, festive nibbles and carol singing, and promises to be lots of fun for hipsters and dipsters of all ages...

Work in Progress - 29th July 2017
Getting to grips with my slightly-larger space. More elbow room equals more productivity, apparently...
I'm cracking along with a new white symmetry...
I have more space on the left...
And more space on the right...

Here's some new framed prints, and a spruced-up green symmetry that I feel compelled to keep adding further detail to...

Hive Show
Here's some pics from the little Hive show in the Ground Floor Gallery. Lots of money was raised through sale of work, and has gone toward the Coexist bid to purchase Hamilton House.
Cheers to whoever bought my Neuroglyph print...

Work in Progress - 11th April 2016
Been a little quiet in the studio this last month (been doing a lot of recording/mixing on the new IATMJ elpee) but now we're back with a spring in our step and some new ideas...
Trying something different with this one. A little looser in execution, a little more controlled in the number of colours used:

Open Studio Pics from Saturday 26th September
Some photos of my little shoppe, from yesterday's Open Studio. An impressive turnout, with bustling crowds of visitors all day long (completely unrepresented by the photos, which I took before the doors opened...)
Thanks to everyone who bought cards, prints, comics and CDs, and to all who stopped by for a chat 'n' chinwag.
Come taste the brand...
Look on my works, ye mighty, and despair...

Studio Open Day 2015
Hamilton House Open Day 2015, Saturday 26th September.
Lots of things to see and do, including open studios, which are open to the public on both Saturday and Sunday - I'll be there all weekend, in my studio on floor 3, if anyone wants to come and pester me and stop me working.
There will be original art, framed and unframed prints, greetings cards, sculptural one-offs, comics and CDs for sale, if you're that way inclined...

Work in Progress - July 2015
Newbie doobie doo...been a bit tardy recently (commitments elsewhere - allotment, home improvement, week's holiday in Turkey), but there's still some forward motion to report. That large orange canvas is temporarily away from the shop/gallery in order for me to grab a quick hi-resolution scan of it so I can make a limited run of prints...
I found a handy little tabletop easel for a fiver in a charity shop on Gloucester Road, and it's boosting my workflow in a pleasant fashion, as its a lot more comfortable for painting, angle-wise. I'm adding the final touches to the small blue canvas, which is going in the studio open exhibition in September...
The white canvas is coming along slowly but surely, and I'm getting back into painting-on-not-canvas (small metal bits and bobs of indeterminate origin) as well as that guitar body bit you can see (and an accompanying guitar neck that I'm sanding and prepping)...

Work in Progress - March 28th 2015
Slanting Spring Sunshine falls across a tidy(ish) workspace:
Finished and almost finished pieces go on this wall:
Some recently started pieces on the desktop - a symmetry-on-white (never done one on white before), and a decorative guitar piece:
