Cover Art For New IATMJ Album

The new I Am The Mighty Jungulator album's just about ready - we're at the 'eleventh hour mixing/mastering/faffing' stage, just an edit or two away from the point where we put our tools down, stand back, and proclaim "it is done".

The front cover's going to be more or less this orange symmetry piece, with a transparent overlay of title text in generic white capitals:

There'll be more symmetry art round the back, I have yet to pick from a shortlist of three paintings. Probably cluster art on the inside sleeve...

New Musical Snippet

A rough mix of a new bit of jungulated music for the new album, with a bit of slo-mo archive footage to keep it company.

It'll probably end up around 15 minutes long, with some epic swells and dropouts and a nice wide stereo sound. 

Curious Artifact #1 - IATMJ Cube

Esoteric JuJu device used to conjure up the stage spirits by the IATMJ band on their mission to Bordeaux as cultural ambassadors.

At the beginning of the show the box would be ceremoniously carried onto the stage by the mysterious orange-jumpsuited 'Jim' who would open it, remove the cube, and place it at the front centre of the stage.

At the end of the show the cube would be re-boxed with a flourish and carried back off-stage, again by the mysterious 'Jim'.

The metal construction of the box combined with the special lining mean that the psychic imprint of band/audience interface are retained within the wood/memory of the cube, to be harnessed at a future date.
